每週五都會收到Economist的Politics this week電子信。英國時間的今天(4/29)是英國三十年來首次的皇室婚禮，想說看看經濟學人怎麼寫，結果一看電子報的摘要就撲吃笑出來了。講的好像是隔壁老王的婚禮一樣。


A young man and his fiancée were expected to get married in central London on April 29th. Millions of Britons took advantage of the opportunity to take a foreign holiday.

一位年輕人跟他的未婚妻在四月29要在倫敦市中心結婚了。上百萬的英國人藉此機會放了假到國外玩。

實在是很簡潔有力。

不過當然進到經濟學人的網頁裡面，還是有五六篇專文介紹婚禮及其他層面影響。但短短兩句的摘要實在令人莞爾。
